No one is at the office during office hours to help, the doors to lock the storage unit don’t work well and the place is unsafe, do not recommend this place

It's a nice facility, but they definitely have mice, even in the indoor climate controlled units. So just beware if you're trying to keep any food, drink, or ingredients. They'll try to get into it.

Stay away from this place, there are many business owners that store food items, I rented two storage for 8 months for our furniture and belongings, we have mice nests and mice damage as well as mice poop everywhere. Gates have passcode issues often so you can get locked out anytime. Indoor storage units stink with gas from the cars parked with working engines all day, you feel seriously sick while you are in your unit doing arrangements. Outdoor ones are moldy. I removed my stuff out finally and will never work with them again. Also they are way too pricey for the service. Do not use the bathroom always so dirty and people who work there have awful manners. This is why it was sold and changed owners a few months back but same old issues on top of new additional ones. Find yourself another place for your own good.
