FALSE ADVERTISING BEWARE!
We were looking to move from PA to FL and saw all 5 star reviews so reached out. The letterhead and quote looked very real. Phone calls began almost daily looking for a $250 deposit. Finally we gave it only to get a call later that it was supposed to be $2500 and please Zelle it immediately. We confirmed the truck would be a Fischer Truck to be used for the 1150 mile move only to find out on morning of move that it was a rented Enterprise truck! The mover was an elderly polite man and his son. That was it. They worked from 9 am to 7:30 pm. We were promised 3-4 movers that worked directly for Fischer. We asked the delivery to FL to be the following week which the mover knew nothing about but kindly said he would make it work. The truck was left on his home driveway for the 6 days between pickup and delivery!
When he arrived on move in day, the mover worker arrived with his young relative and a friend. The worker told us he was never paid from the week before, had no money, and to deduct $2,000 from balance and give him the cash. We agreed as long as Fischer agreed but of course they did not and further lied to his worker that we refused! One hour into delivery, the worker got angry and said if we don’t pay him, he is leaving with our home belongings. We were forced to call the police. After multiple calls to the company, the “salesman” showed up along with Jim Fischer who claimed to own the moving company. After fighting back and forth, we were at their mercy giving the balance of the ESTIMATED move quote or we’d have none of our home contents. The quote charged an additional $1350 in moving supplies of which were NEVER used. When telling Jim this, his response was “you’re lucky we didn’t charge you more! So don’t start or we’re leaving!” He also said, 'Your stuff is here, what more do you want?' When we disputed the moving supplies charges prior to this over the phone, he yelled at us multiple times and hung up on us.
At the end of the job, the mover worker admitted he does not work for Fischer, just knows him from a previous company, and was hired to do this extensive move. There is no 'dispatch', it's all a sham.

Several boxes were left upside down resulting in broken items that will not be replaced.

The experience of moving is stressful enough, stay away from this nightmare!

We were struggling to find a reputable company. Noah wolkoff was amazing. I was having a few rough and I felt he was thinking I was putting him off. He stuck it out and waited till I could do it. We walked through all the big items. He gave me a quote and I said I was hoping to get it little lower. He didn't everything in his power to get the price down for us. He was amazing. They will be our movers for life. I hope I made a friend. Definitely the best company

Don’t understand the high reviews here. This is a brokerage service, they just subcontract out moves, and if you are doing an inter-state move, they (at least for me) contracted to different companies in each state. Worse they guaranteed a fully insured moving company for the full move, but the subcontractor at delivery did not have full insurance so will be trying to get back the $300 cut Charter took on booking my move.

My husband and I are extremely pleased with using Movewise for our recent move. The guys were terrific! They were efficient and even helped us pack up what we hadn’t packed yet. After having heard many horrific stories about moving companies, I was afraid to move. We were so fortunate to find these guys and the move went smoothly and the owner charged exactly as contracted, no surprises. Great company.

I have rented a unit in this facility for 2 years. It is clean, well managed and easily accessible. Hazra has always been available for questions and she is always very pleasant to deal with. The best place I’ve ever stored my belongings!! Would highly recommend this Public Storage for your storage needs.
