It's hard to find the right words to express how amazing Hilton Movers preformed during a very stressful interstate move this week. Kelly worked tirelessly to ensure that my client's shipment arrived in time. With only 2 days to unpack and organize my clients (91 and 84) belongings, Kelly took the lead in coordinating multiple moving companies while maintaining a cool, professional presence. She was a calming source in the midst of a turbulent moving storm. It was as if she was a personal friend of my clients - and me. The entire team was wonderful - movers Carlos and Anthony were efficient and friendly with a very "can do" attitude in the middle of a Florida downpour. Thanks also to Chris and his behind the scenes work. No need to call any other mover.

Beware! Beware of this company and the reviews you read. This is a reckless and unethical company. We booked our out of state move and car transport with Best Moving. What you are not told by this company is that they don’t do all the jobs themselves- they broker out their jobs by putting them into a “pool” that are then picked up by other moving companies. So, everything you have agreed to, signed for and paid is now at the mercy of the new company that has picked up your job. The new company do not have to honor anything. The employees at Best Moving will never tell you this – they will flat out lie if you ask them how it works. We found all of this out shortly after the truck left our home. We had paid $700 additional for expedited delivery- our property was to be picked up and driven direct to the new location in 3 days. We were given every possible story as to why our property was not being delivered in the 3 days that we contracted and paid for. We were told a military move slowed it down, then it was a truck issue, then it was they can’t get reach the driver- then Best moving stopped responding completely. The truth, there was never a 3- day delivery and Best Moving was not the mover of the job. The company in Tampa that picked up the job had 4 other jobs they still had to pick up that were going to be on the same truck. Our property was on a truck for 8 days. We were the last job to be unloaded. By the time it arrived, there was a significant amount of damage to our expensive furniture. Additionally, we incurred 8 days of hotel and food costs totaling over $2,000. Not one person from Best moving would even call us back. We had to threaten to dispute charges on our credit card before they would refund the $700 expedited delivery charge. This is a scam company. The sales rep and the sales manager are complete liars and the owner is either absentee or supports his staff’s reckless behavior. The owner never even contacted us to correct the problem despite numerous calls. When we contacted Allied Corporate offices- we were told that it’s a franchisee problem and there is nothing they can do. We have reported this to the BBB and Collier County Consumer Protection and State of FL.

Very responsive to a last minute request to move some valuable furnishings to a storage unit prior to holding an Open House. Each item was carefully wrapped, and transferred with great care. The two movers were experienced, very pleasant and efficient. This is the 3rd time I have used Modern Movers and I would not hire anyone else!

I have not needed Kenny's services myself but have referred him to numerous friends and neighbors. The feedback from all of them has been very positive. His crew is on time, very professional, and careful with all of their belongings. I'm happy to refer Gardiner and Sons to everyone!

Marty and his crew have moved me numerous times and every experience has been excellent! Marty is very accommodating and his guys are efficient and hard-working. I will use them again and recommend them to others!

The moving team was on time. The customer rep was quick at communicating with me and answering any questions I had. The price was fair and affordable. On the day of the move the movers were friendly, careful with my things and efficient. I highly recommend this moving company.

I called to get an estimate and spoke directly with Phil, the owner of Act of Class, which was great. His rate was much more reasonable than other companies. I appreciated that he called the day before the move just to confirm. On the day of my move, Anthony called me to say they were on their way. Great communication! All three guys worked diligently moving my stuff (I had a lot) out of a storage unit into their truck and to my home. I was amazed at how fast and efficiently they worked. The second floor bedrooms didn’t phase them a bit. They were so polite and accommodating making sure everything was where I wanted it. I would definitely hire them again.

I accidentally wrote a bad review on the wrong place. These guys don't deserve that. They called and texted once. Haven't harassed me for info, and from what I'm seeing so far appear to be a decent company.
