I have absolutely nothing but wonderful things to say about this company. From my very first phone call speaking with John to the time Mike and Santos left my destination location everything was superior. I have moved many many times but had never used movers before and this time I was done paying my friends in pizza and beer and taking 15 hours to move so I decided to enlist professionals and I was absolutely blown away at how fast the move went! They had my entire 1br/1ba loaded in the truck in one hour! Event despite having to wait out some rain to unload, they still got everything done within the quoted time frame and I still had most of the day to get unpacked and settled in and I will absolutely be using them again for future moves.
This company has been SUCH a nightmare to work with. I had a move on Monday, December 30th 2024, and while the employees that I worked with were all very nice (the movers and Julio who scheduled my appointment), this is definitely a management issues. The home I moved into is brand new construction and while moving my washer and dryer up the stairs, they damaged my baseboard of the stairs. They also broke two of my large mirrors and one of my box springs. I wasn’t concerned because in my planning of the move with Julio, he assured me they were licensed and insured. The company did give me very minuscule discounts for the mirrors and box springs, but the stairs are when things become terrible. The damage is only on one board of one stair, so I’d assume this would be a very quick, easy, and cheap fix… Anyways, after the move, I let them know about the stairs being damaged, to which they told me they would have someone reach out to me to get it fixed. That never happened. So I called back and went through the same exact scenario 3 more times. I called and also sent them photos of the damages multiple times - once on January 18th, once on January 29th, and again last Sunday February 23rd. It has been over 2 months at this point. So I called again last weekend and spoke with Julio. I let him know I’m at my wits ends because clearly I have no idea how to just get them to come out and fix my stairs they damaged in my BRAND NEW HOME. He again was very nice, apologized, and said they were personally going to come out (I guess they normally contract damages through someone else) and have it fixed. I made an appointment for 12pm today, Saturday, one of my ONLY days off and sat at the house all morning wasting half of the day for no reason because NO ONE EVER SHOWED UP! I called and the number on Google goes to Julio’s phone. He said he no longer works for the company and isn’t sure why they haven’t updated their Google page. Which seriously, why haven’t they done that on Google of all places where everyone looks nowadays to book services? Go figure lol this company is a JOKE. If they can’t address a small fix like this in a regular amount of time, I can only imagine the hell someone would have to go through for a bigger, more expensive damage to their home. Yet they are “licensed and insured” so you shouldn’t have to worry…. Oh and hilarious because they have photos of the movers moving my furniture into my house on their website showcasing their recent moves. I will say they were one of the lesser expensive companies, so I guess you get what you pay for. I would definitely not recommend this company. They’re a hot mess.
