Josh and Wyatt were amazing. They took great care in loading the pod and took the time to make sure it was packed correctly. Took the time to pack my 65 inch tv that it would not get damaged in the move. I am moving to Oklahoma so they made sure it was secure in pod. They were considerate of my belongs a took great care in not damaging any furniture. Josh and Wyatt are the best!! I would definitely use them again!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!!

The facility is very nice. Matt was very informative and helpful with questions we needed answered.

The staff was very friendly respectful,.and informative. The office was clean clean organized. The grounds are well kept. The buildings are newly painted. The unit is clean and secure through multiple locked entrances. Once registered with a unit, I can use my gate access code through the Cubesmart app to open said locks with ease.

I wish I could give them a zero. It took them almost a month to get my stuff from Florida to Arizona. When they arrived they forced me to sign a paper that said I had gotten everything in good condition before they even would start unloading the truck. I am still missing a dresser, other personal items, and my stuff arrived filthy. Leanne and customer service is the worst!!! Stay away at all cost!

The reason why I gave a five-star rating is as follows:
The first time I met Donna and her husband; Donna welcomed me with open arms and her husband was awesome. They explained everything step by step and made me feel comfortable, when doing that. They informed me that I would have no worries and that they will take care of everything. I didn't have to lift a figure. (This was at my apartment that I was moving from)
Then came the day of my move which was on February 1st, the first thing, her employees came on time, I met 3 awesome men, very friendly, and well organized, they sure knew what they were doing. Then Donna arrived and again she welcomed me with open arms, and I met the rest of her team, they also were so organized everyone had their own job that they had to do to make this move easy. Donna then informed me to meet her at my new apartment. When she and her team arrived, they all got started, putting my apartment together, what a great job they did, again I didn't have to lift a figure. Donna and her husband left, there were two girls left, finishing up, what they left me on my bed, was a swan made with two of my bath towels, it was so creative.
I want to say thank you very much, to you and your whole team for doing such a fantastic job, In the future, if I need to move again, I will definitely call you.

After much research and comparison, this place is the definitely the most affordable moving service in SWFL. They were fast and professional and we will use them for all of our future moves.

I highly recommend this company. Great communication, excellent customer service. My experience was above and beyond how it should go. Had them move a grand baby piano on short notice. Highly recommend them.
