They strung us along all day and ultimately no-showed. If they had owned up to the issue and given us time to make alternate plans that would be one thing, but instead we had to keep calling them, getting answers from 'we're running late,' to 'we can't send the original movers but we will send someone with a pick-up truck,' and then eventually not answering their phones because the office was closed.

Moving is one of the most stressful times, we were left waiting all day and ultimately had to do the move ourself piece by difficult piece that night after they had run us out of time and options. I realize it's a pandemic, but I would not trust these people to keep their word and have a backup if you do find yourself forced to choose them. It's a shame.

WORST MOVING COMPANY EVER!! We used this company to move all our belongings from a 1st floor storage unit to a 3-story townhome. The experience was horrible! The movers were slow and lazy. They had no respect, nor care for our belongings. I have so many negative things I could say, but don't want waste more time on this. Do not use this company!! If you do you will regret it!!

We used Action Moving for my daughter's summer storage from the University of Tampa in 2021. They provided boxes, picked up in May and returned to her in August. Excellent service, careful movers, friendly people!! We are using Action again for this summer's moving and storage. So easy & less stress for my college student. Patti and her team are the best!
