All our art work and the flat TV were handled/packed with great care Reserving review until office staff helps resolve damage to a wall in the house we left and repair/replace a floor lamp damaged in transit. Emails bring no response from office. Update: impossible process to make a claim for property damage

We just used Moving Made Easy for our move from Lima to Florida. Best thing we ever did. The process was seamless. They loaded us, drove our belongings to Florida and unloaded on this end. Everything arrived on time and we compared numerous moving companies. These guys were by far the best price and I highly recommend them.

If I could give a negative I would! DO NOT USE! Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I was lied to about the initial cost. It was almost doubled once my belongings were on the truck. My belongings were picked up on 01/25/25 and told they would arrive by 1/30 or 1/31. Those days came and went when I contacted the company I was told that I misunderstood them and that they have 30 days to deliver!!! Then was told my belongings were being loaded onto the transport truck that following Monday and should have them Tuesday or Wednesday the latest. Here it is 02/0825 and nothing other than my belongings are in transit…. So I wait wondering if my belongings will ever arrive. Again don’t use this company the worst!!!!!
