I was attracted to this company from the very first message that I received. It was very prompt and professional. Every question that I had moving forward was answered in detail and in a timely manner. As soon as I booked, I received a phone call within a half an hour, confirming my appointment and going over any other details. Along the way I had the support from the owner and he worked with me since I was in a time crunch to move my stuff across the country. He rerouted other orders so that mine could get there in time. The delivery crew was very diligent and made sure that everything was wrapped securely and unwrapped, and all disassembled furniture was reassembled on site. The crew was accommodating and careful. The quote was on the lower end compared to others that I had received, but I’m sure the quality was on the upper end. I would highly recommend Aegis.

Exceptional customer service. Brook and Tiffany were very professional, polite and informative. Prices were reasonable. I will definitely use them when I need storage solutions in the future. Unfortunately this time I just needed a smaller pod, but if a when I need more space I will definitely return to them due to the excellent customer service I received.
