Easy access but the day I moved my stuff in the hallway was nasty but by the next day it was cleared out so I know that they do take care of their property

Literally ruined my life by no-showing.

Despite booking them five weeks in advance and confirming the date multiple times, this “team” no-showed on our moving date. After we’d already rented the truck. On Memorial Day Weekend — also the busiest moving weekend of the year— when it was impossible to find anyone else.

Never responded to multiple phone calls or messages. Just completely left us adrift and struggling to complete the move on our own. I am only 5’3” and while I am an athlete and strong, I sustained multiple bruises, numb limbs, and nerve damage due to the physical demands. My husband was recovering from a severe foot injury. We spent 14 straight hours moving because this company no-showed. The pain and dehydration was so severe that we were sick for days afterwards.

I then incurred medical expenses due to severe repetitive strain injury in both my arms. I had persistent numbness and throbbing for weeks, impairing my ability to work and costing me hundreds of dollars in medical costs in addition to lost income.

Again, I booked them FIVE WEEKS in advance and confirmed with them multiple times. They just decided to celebrate Memorial Day Weekend instead, I guess. Too bad, I typically tip 80-100%.

Total scam, fake business, and awful freakin’ people. This was a physically traumatizing experience even for an athlete like myself. And I’m an actual business owner who works hard for my clients unlike whatever this sham of a “business” is.

Do not book these people. Do not. You will regret it.

Very happy so far! Super easy to rent a unit online, and they have competitive pricing. The units were clean, well lit, and easily accessable. I had some questions about the rental and Dominique at the front desk was excellent. She was very customer focused, knowledgable, and answered all my questions. Great experience!

Deanna was great. Very professional. Good facility. Very clean and well organized.
