Underfanger coordinated the transport and oversaw the delivery of multiple furniture items from my mother's home in Washington state to our apartment in Springfield. The two men who moved the furniture into our apartment, Don and Chris, did a spectacular job. First off, they arrived right within the appropriate time window - no waiting around or phone calls with excuses for late delivery. Furthermore, it was rainy the morning of the delivery, so Don covered all carpets that would be walked on with plastic cling wrap to prevent them from being soiled. The entire delivery of ~15 items (of varying sizes) took a little more than 1 hour to complete. Bottom line - if you are looking for professional, timely, well-coordinated, responsible, and efficient moving services, look no further than Underfanger! My wife and I will definitely look into their services again!

We moved recently from New Jersey to California. We were really lucky to meet these movers! They packed our stuff very carefully, and we receive every thing in good condition, in 11 days! Good job ... We are thankful them...

We just had a great experience with Clifton's. Jerry Clifton was excellent and his employees were great. They moved us on time and came in under the estimated price.

Excellent service!! It was our first time using a professional moving company, and Craig and the team at Springfield Van and Storage / Bekins were awesome. Shannon packed all of our fragile items (and there was a lot!), and NOTHING was broken or scratched. Amazing! Moving is stressful, but working with Springfield Van & Storage / Bekins was not stressful whatsoever. They were superb. We would use them again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!

Very good people

This company is absolutely horrible. They delivered and installed a dishwasher we purchased from Home Depot. After about a month we noticed our laminate floors next to our kitchen were bubbling and water was leaking under them. What happened was they did not connect the water intake tight enough and every time we were running our dishwasher it was leaking under the floor. We did not notice this because the kick plate was covering it and all the water was running the opposite direction due to the tile we have in our kitchen. This also caused major damage from the water that was leaking down to our basement. Ruined ceiling tiles and our entire carpet down there. Filed a claim and they denied it was their fault. We had a dishwasher the entire time we have lived in this house and never had this happen so it was clearly from them installing it incorrectly. I warn anyone thinking of using them to find another company!

Customer service lady was very rude and aggravated when I tried to receive more information about storage. She even hung up the phone on me before I was finished asking about their options. Would not recommend at all!

Kelly and her team are the industry’s best. I wouldn’t even think about using anyone else!
