**Avoid this company at all costs** Guaranteed pickup is a farce, and customer service is even more laughable. I offered to move my pickup earlier by a few days to make sure it would get picked up before I moved across the country, I was assured the pickup was guaranteed, and not to worry. Didn’t happen, of course. Called Beverly to try and remedy the morning of our move and at one point during our conversation she began laughing at my situation. Oh and of course the price doubled because I was completely without options, again, because I had ‘guaranteed’ pickup and no time to arrange with another company.

I did not know I had to request a mover that was under the age of 40. I got 2 movers and one of the movers was 70 years old. They did a good job of moving the items, apart from a few nicks and scracthes on my heavier items (wonder why?). But if you receive an hourly rate, make sure you request younger movers to get job done in a timely and good manner.

The gentlemen who moved my household from a home to a smaller location did a wonderful job from to start to finish. They were very careful at both locations to protect not only my possessions but the residences. The crew was efficient and extremely helpful. Great experience!
