Holly Bryant, the site Mgr at the Uhaul location in Merrit Island is awesome!!, last night my card would not work so i contacted the after hour # and spoke w Holly, she immediately sprang into action and right over the phone let me create a pin code and cancelled my card and explained in details that with pin code # i would not have to use nor worry about the swipe card anymore, i would highly recommend this storage unit facility, always clean and maintained and in emergencies the response time is asap! Thank you Holly Bryant for helping me get into my unit after hours!!

This place is terrible. There are homeless people living in a room that is outside the gates by the larger units. They urinate just outside the door and the smell is so putrid at our unit door that we have to close it while there. I’ve seen at least 2 different men coming out of that room and they all call the managers name as if to say they have permission to be there and piss all over the place. It’s disgusting and the most recent dirtbag to come out actually approached my daughter. Thankfully she’s 25, armed and knows how to handle herself. The kicker is that it’s WAYYYYY overpriced for the area. We are leaving and would NOT recommend this location to anyone.
