Terrible experience. My tv and three lamps were broken, they lost a chair, and my mattress was somehow missplaced for 9 days. When I received it, it was water damaged and covered in black mold. I was told to file a claim which took months and then was reimbursed around $100 for all the damages. During this time, I was told that I HAD to keep my mattress (again, covered in mold) & all other broken things until the case had resolved. Frustrating and insulting. The folks I interacted with were great, but the systems put in place to manage my move were not successful.

It was great, they accommodated me very well! I changed what I wanted a few times and they were very kind and they exactly what I asked, no problems. I love this company, very wonderful employees! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I recently had to manage a move for my company office in Coral Cables, FL. We chose Suddath as our move and decommission (of old space) vendor. Their quote was very competitive. The sales person was very professional and the move went off without a hitch. I planned on it taking until about 10pm and we were all done by 730pm. The crew was great. Hi All, We just moved to Puerto Rico and needed our car shipped from San Diego. to San Juan. AutoStar had the best price and they delivered with great service. The car was picked up the week I specified and deliver to port in Florida and shipped to San Juan on the exact dates specified. At the shipping office in San Juan we were able to pay for the shipping and pick up the car in less than 30 minutes. Everybody hopes and prays that when it’s time to move they can find a reliable moving company that’s not going to take advantage of them. That’s what we found with Moving Around The Clock, peace of mind. The staff there was very helpful and extremely patient working with us. They helped us cut costs and they also offered us a local Miami discount we were unaware of, that was nice. Straightforward and honest with us the whole time, there are still honest companies out there to my surprise. We did speak to other companies just to have some comparative quotes but in the end Moving Around The Clock was the perfect choice.
