This moving company is terrible, the manager Jesus C and his moving men including an old man looks over 70 years plus and a teenager that seems as if still in high school which they. May be possibly related and or family business all together and are totally incompetent of a moving job, from an apartment to a home, over charges, does not care about customer satisfaction-only cares about the money $, and so very unprofessional! They are terrible in mishandling customers furniture with no care in the world and you can forget about bring your complaints and concerns to the manager because his response is careless by stating it’s not his issue nor problem it’s the customer to make the moving process easier and smoother although his guys broke majority of my furniture and scratched my house walls, instead of talking the customer he does not have the trucks as I ordered he shows up with a small truck vs large truck with up to x4 guys including himself at the end incapable of moving big or small furniture ?, they all need moving training before serving the public, never never ever ever again will I hire nor recommend nor refer them to no one!!!

My experience with miami movers was terrible on Sunday the 22nd, and i as former renter in an apartment after 6 years to finally move into my townhome as a new homeowner to hire a company on thumbtack to help me move on this journey of relocating. I have multiple movers before but never ever like this, I am very unhappy from Sunday moving day until now, my request for 3 professional movers and a big truck well that request did not happen as it should been properly set up, the 3 movers plus the owner Jose was not prepared, because they arrived with a medium sized truck & sedan vehicle & 3 movers with owner was not physically nor mentally prepared for big furniture moving
I so regret calling them to help me move, they did arrive on time at 3pm but yet did not finish until about 10pm that night because of 2 trips they decided to make to get all my things just as I requested for a big truck, and yet when I asked the owner what happened to the big truck I requested he just told me “oh it’s at another location & the day of moving that’s the day the owner decides to evaluate my furniture or things that I was moving
All I heard was grunting, talking, & so forth while they were moving my things both young & older gentleman & under the extreme Florida hotness. I feel it’s as if I was set up in-properly just to be charged more money $ alongside with my initial deposit of $125
My things was very mishandled including my bedroom chest drawer was broken, not aligned properly and broken because the movers did decide to take my clothes out of the drawers without my permission although I told & asked them not to but yet they did it while I was not standing around them, they did not have enough man power to carry nor lift my furniture, I thought that’s the reason of getting a business like this to help the public move, and it’s customer satisfaction that comes first but that’s not the case with miami movers
This is truly upsetting, because honestly although I shopped around I mana’s well went with my moving with the other moving professionals such as two men & a truck, or all my sons although they charge more but the company would have cared & handled my furniture & moving process more better & satisfactory
At the end of the night of a terrible moving experience I nearly paid nearly $950 for a terrible experience of a miami moving company but never again, it was my first time trying them & my very last, never ever again will I request for another moving service from miami movers
I tried calling the owner Jesus & texted him nights before of my awful experience no reply back
And during my phone call with him during the same week after Sunday & I asked him why his movers broke my chest drawers & unable to access nor not able to my drawers all he said he will reach out to his movers & asked theM what happened because he had left them moving my things before the end of the night on Sunday ! Never again!!!
