The Public Storage facility I'm using clean and provides great lighting. 24-hour Access works well with the mobile app. I highly recommend using Public Storage.

Unit was kind of expensive for what it’s worth but dude working there at the time, Chris, was great!

The woman working the front desk on 2/17 was ridiculously rude to me from the moment I walked in the door. I had to ask her if I was annoying her because it was that bad. Her excuse was that she had a headache. I was friendly and I don’t think I deserve to be treated like garbage because you have a headache. Then she took my license and wanted me to sign all these agreements that listed a price that was double the price I reserved online. I was told that I have to purchase a lock from them and I can’t use my own, which is not true according to their website. I ended up taking my ID back and walking out. Very disappointing.. I was excited about this place and the location after reading all the great reviews. I’ll find another storage facility. What a waste of time.
