Terrible experience. My tv and three lamps were broken, they lost a chair, and my mattress was somehow missplaced for 9 days. When I received it, it was water damaged and covered in black mold. I was told to file a claim which took months and then was reimbursed around $100 for all the damages. During this time, I was told that I HAD to keep my mattress (again, covered in mold) & all other broken things until the case had resolved. Frustrating and insulting. The folks I interacted with were great, but the systems put in place to manage my move were not successful.

Professional, friendly service. Move was completed in less time than quoted and the Macho team made the day much easier than it otherwise would have been. Highly recommend! I have never seen a truck packed more efficiently.

We moved locally here in Tallahassee. The crew of movers - Ezell, Lajuan, and Tiger - were absolutely awesome! They are hard workers and treated all of our belongings with care. They made our move so easy. Thank you to this crew. We would definitely use Mike's Moving again.

I called and spoke to George on 6/1. I was given an estimate of $1800 for my move with 3 guys and a 26 ft truck. No packing/unpacking services. My movers were Max and Gary. They were 5 minutes early when they arrived, and the first thing they did is to bring moving blankets in the house. They wrapped everything. When we go to the new house they unloaded and set up the furniture as I requested. They even cleaned up after themselves. I have already referred them to my Realtor. We ll be moving out of here in a year so we will use them again for sure

used these guys in 2018 and the were great, showed up on time, didnt charge me an arm and a leg, they didnt break anything,lol, and they were super friendly and professional. I was a single mother with a 2 year old and life was hectic. Would use them again,

As far as the moving experience, it was excellent. Brandon and Ron were the best! They arrived on time and have me moved in two hours. I moved from Orlando to Ft. Myers for a new job. Once in Ft. Myers, Brandon and Ron were on their task. They worked non-stop to get everything moved in. They were professional and did an excellent job. On the other hand, the management/office staff is not as professional. I requested a receipt on the day of the move (I get reimbursed for my move from my employer.) It has been FIVE days and NO receipt. First, Mary is not in the office and she'll email it to you Monday. Called Monday, she is out, the manager will email it to you by the end of the day. Now, the end of Tuesday, still no receipt. I don't know what type of invoicing system they have, but to print a PAID RECEIPT and email it can't be that hard. Anyway, the movers were great, but if you need anything or follow-up from management, you're out of luck! I gave 3 stars because of management, NOT because of the movers; Brandon and Ron were excellent!
