Steven B. Was amazing!! My boss didn't really tell him where the thing was going so I was nervous because he had to pull INTO the woods to drop it. This man kept his calm turned the trailer the way we needed and pulled it in there no problem. GREAT MAN AND GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

What an awesome experience! AJ, Billy and Carlos did such an amazing job moving me from one house to another-they were organized, careful, polite, and never said no to any additional request. they hustled the whole day, and work well as a team.
They are truly experienced professionals who just get the job done, period. I highly recommend them for any moving job.

We have a unit in Ruskin and just recently rented another one in Palmetto- to our surprise (& joy!) Candy was in each of these stores and went above and beyond to help us get what we needed! This is a crazy time in our lives and she made this part of it so much easier. Huge shout out to this associate. @ExtraSpace - we likely would not have rented that extra unit if it weren’t for Candy - her concern and desire to help us blew us away. Thank you so much!
