Lady at the counter renting us what was needed was a hog in how she dealt with us. The service made me feel like she was doing me a favor and had to pass a verbal test. Slanted eyes look, thin and with a half eaten sandwich on the counter.

The manager Caroline is rude and disrespectful. My rental would not park and I was unable to finish moving nor could I stop to put gas. I had to scream for help when I got there and the worker even recognized there was an issue and said the truck needed to be put down. Caroline refuses to even speak to me and has walked in and out claiming she is busy. Now since I'm complaining they are stating the truck is damaged. Never rent from them, the most unprofessional location. She is even rude to her own staff ignoring them and even assisting another client and disregarding me completely. I had to confront her to get her attention, and make a scene. Not only am I a nervous wreck from the truck not parking and but having to argue to get compensation.
