First, and a huge thing for me, customer service is comparable (imo better) to Chick Fil A (coming from a former Chick Fil A team member). Tara is the MVP award winner. Period. Was transferring to a bigger & climate controlled unit. Upon arrival I realized the a.c. wasn't putting out cold, or much, air. Luckily it was starting to rain and tbh, not a life or death issue, however with it being after hours, I didn't expect much until the following day, but still notified the office. Within 6 minutes, I checked, Tara had it arranged to where I'd be in a new unit 'by tomorrow'.. which was perfect...then before I could text back a thank you! She messaged me with my new unit # she'd assigned and said was ready and awaiting my entry... Like she didn't just have to do extra stuff and deal with madness.. (yes, I know it's her job- but have you experienced 90% of other employees in every business anywhere having to go out of their way to do their job+ ?! Thank you, Tara!!) I have never had a problem solved in such haste, EVER, on the phone, in person, or online. Proficient, friendly, outstanding, well mannered, 10/10 on customer service. I also love the 24/7 access and appreciate the understanding that not everyone is on the same schedule. Also, the units are pull up which is so convenient! The security may not seem like it's adequately set up, however, there are cameras everywhere (noticable during the day) and either a Valparaiso officer parked facing towards the facility on airport side- or a Niceville officer circling the block making rounds... It is exactly enough to make me feel safe enough to be here at any hour if I need to grab something! Pretty clean too and very well maintained. i will absolutely be a walking advertisement.

Update: so it turns out it wasn't your fault however I was going by what I was told by customer service and it took me three customer service agents to figure out what actually was going on. When i went to get my original reservation....they said they had no truck and my reservation meant nothing. They wouldn't help me find one nor did they tell me I had to cancel the reservation or I'd be charged! So I would apologize to you except I won't because the way that you talk to your customers is ridiculous you're a terrible businessman and you provide terrible customer service you're not a good human being and you need to watch the way that you talk to people ! Also I never recieved an email from budget or you or anyone else. All around budget is a terrible company that contracts other terrible people. The employees at my original location were rude unhelpful and liars as well.
Returned a truck here and they didn't check the truck in so I got charged 150 for not bringing the truck back! Just saw this charge on my account and I will be there first thing in the morning! When I returned the truck I had a witness....a guy was leaving told me to put the key in the box....guy came back n my step dad told him we put the contract n key in the box n they guy said ok ill check it in and if theres any issues ill let you know. He never let me know anything! I RETURNED YOUR TRUCK AND YOU WILL RETURN MY MONEY! I EVEN RETURNED UR TRUCK OVER AN HOUR BEFORE THE TIME I HAD TO RETURN IT .The company is terrible. Also when I want to pick up the truck there wasn't one n I was told that the reservation doesn't guarantee a truck. Really?? I had to drive 25 mins further away to get a truck. I'll never use budget truck again. And wow looking at the way the owner responds to people on reviews .....terrible customer service!
we chose this over the budget based upon reviews. We could’ve got a truck $150 cheaper at budget but the way the owner yells at everybody on the website we decided to not chance it.

Honestly, if you’re looking for a moving company, you can trust this is it! The communication was incredible and detailed enough that you didn’t feel like you were lost and you could manage and organize your time. Our driver’s name was EJ and if you get the chance of having him as your driver, you’re extremely lucky! He almost became family and we genuinely believed He would take care of our stuff like it was his own. His communication where he was at and when he would be there was amazing especially with trying to organize across country move. 10 out of 10 recommend this company and ask for EJ!
Everyone did an excellent job, from the packers, the driver, the loading and unloading crew, all were excellent. The coordinator stayed in contact. Could not have asked for better!
Missy and Nicole have been so incredibly helpful. I was locked out of my storage unit with my movers there and Missy came right away. Both of them have been very responsive and their customer service is unlike any other. I definitely recommend Storage Rentals of America ??
