We rented 2 storage units from Donna. She was very helpful in getting us situated so we had easy access to all of our belongings. The units were super clean! Donna even spent time telling us about great places to visit in the area. I definitely would recommend this facility to those needing storage. Thank you Donna for all your help!

Cane creek storage has lost a customer inevitably. The owner Mr Dennis is definitely lacking customer service skills of his own. The gate was open when we pulled up to load the U-Haul. My wife was advised by the secretary to forget about the last payment that was due a few days prior that it was no big deal. Which I thought was very Nobel. Until, 2 hours after loading the U-Haul we are ready to leave. Pulling up to the gate my wife's pin won't work in order for the gate to lift. The call box has no response and I'm getting worried because we are trapped inside this fence with our 3 year old in the back seat. While I'm attempting to lift the gate manually the owner pulls up and opens the gate immediately after letting himself in. After informing us that the only way for us to leave that fenced in compound is to pay him $95. My wife tells him that she has spoke to his secretary and she said there was no problem. he immediately calls her a balled face lie in a very disrespectful manner. Only after paying the tole of $95 we were allowed to leave. I feel as if he should have stood behind his secretary's decision to bless someone in need. Instead of demanding money in order to leave his property. Mr Dennis, you have a clean establishment but a very filthy attitude. God bless you and have a wonderful day.
