I needed movers in a pinch and my sister found Legacy Team Movers, to unpack a moving truck, for our other sister, while I was in the New Mexico heat getting ready to drive back to AL. After securing a 10-11 am arrival, we started the caravan. On the day of the unpacking, I received a call, around 9:45am informing me that the 1st person of the 2 person crew had arrived to the job site and was waiting for the rest of the team. By 11 am, the rest of the crew had not arrived, but the first person had already begun the service a few minutes after arriving. By the time I arrived to the site, a good bit of the things had already been off loaded, by a fairly small woman, and the crew still hadn't arrived. The lady apologized for the crew not being there. That was about 12/12:30. I helped the woman, who was clearly frustrated. Let me just add that I'm not young and not strong or fit, hence getting help. Enlisted help from the residents and we were able to get the truck knocked out in about another hour. After we were done, I spoke to the woman and found out that she was the owner of the company and she apologized again and expressed embarrassment, for her crew not showing up. I told her that I'm so proud of her for taking accountability and carrying out the service alone, in a billion degree heat. I was completely blown away. Job well done!!

Outstanding job moving! Would definitely recommend to anyone I know. They were friendly and even when they had to climb a lil hill to move stuff they were very efficient! Just go ahead and book them.
