Had Josh come to the house to look at what we had, then signed a proposal with a confirmed date and price. The date was three weeks in advance. Then nothing. No response to email or phone calls. Moving day arrives and they are absent. No response. I finally had to call another company. I called again later in the day to let them know I would be posting a negative review. I gave them a chance to explain what happened. Still no response. I would avoid this unprofessional company.

Property Manager Tom was incredibly helpful, gave me all the necessary information, and got me into a unit that suits my needs! The facility is secure, clean, and conveniently located.

We worked with the team at UNITS of Central Iowa on a complicated project recently, and they couldn't have been more accommodating or friendly to work with. They will certainly be our first call for portable storage and related projects in the future.
