I went here to pay my sister's storage unit because she's out of town the lady I talked to was real nice

Set up a reservation online to pick up this morning and while doing the reservation it told me I could save time and add my card and pictures of my driver's license to not have to do it at the store so I did got to the store this morning and still had to redo it and then it kept saying my card was a prepaid card and it wasn't so they wouldn't take my card after I drove all the way from out of town to use there services I was not happy

Penske Truck Rental was the best. Reserved my truck. Gave me s courtesy call. In and out with the truck in minutes. Clean truck and drives great.

Awesome climate controlled units. The building is so clean and easily accessible with 24/7 access using your cell phone. I would highly recommend Keyless Self Storage!

We had to move the equivalent of an 8 hour drive away. Neither myself nor the missus wanted to drive a big ol' moving truck that far. Instead, we got U-Pack to drop off a trailer, which we loaded with the help of friends. They picked up the trailer and brought it to the new place. We had plenty of space reserved for what we needed, but since we didn't use all of it, we didn't pay for all of it.

I hope we never move again, but if we do, I will definitely consider using U-Pack again; as such, I will fully recommend them for anyone moving.

Initially they were a good company to hire, crew had a good sense of humor, good timing of loading & unloading. But the crew tore up the back of our loveseat at the top and denied it. We learned a lesson that we'd like to pass on. TAKE PICTURES OF YOUR FURNITURE BEFORE THEY LOAD IT AND WHEN THEY UNLOAD IT!!! I will not recommend them to anyone.
