Excellent experience! Sunday the property manager was so very hospitable and accommodating. I had a storage unit for work at another establishment and decided to move to Just Storage for many features I wasn’t getting at my existing one. At JS, I was able to get double the storage space, climate control, very accessible (I use my for work and am in an out frequently), very clean, and there is ample lighting, plus security and restrooms and carts to use…all for 1/3rd less than what I was paying. Also, I love that they were able to take an abandoned K-Mart building and repurpose it for this reason.

Mike was so great about helping any time I had a question or concern. Easy to set up and easy to access.

TJ and the folks at Helpers Moving were great to work with! We were working with Preserved LLC to downsize and move my Mom. Preserved recommended Helpers Moving - and I'm so glad they did. They took so much care in loading, moving, and unloading everything for the downsizing of our mother's house as she transitioned into an apartment. They were fast and efficient! I'll definitely be using them again!

Siddall was…OK. It took them 8.75 hours to move us into our 2k sq ft home, which is longer that we were estimated at and also much longer than all of the other moving companies quoted us. We paid the 4 man hourly rate…but one of their movers left in the middle of the job and Julie the office manager “subbed in.” No offense whatsoever, but at that point I am shocked that we were still charged the 4 person rate.

Also, our clock started from when they got the van form their office and ended when they returned it so that added quite a bit of time to our final amount.

Finally, for each van load it took them a solid 30 min + to make the 15 minute trip from our old house to new house. Again, that added to our running hour total.

The movers were all very kind (with the exception of one who rolled their eyes at me when I asked to put a heavy dresser in its final spot as opposed to in the middle of the room). It just ended up taking so much longer than it should have.

Horrible experience. They damaged my thermostat during the move. No big deal. They put on a new thermostat and it does not work. Contacted them to fix the problem and they said it was not their problem. Don't recommend!

Billy and Mel did an excellent job for us. They arrived on time and were well trained and experienced in loading our furniture and belongings. They made the job seem effortless!

I've moved a lot in the past 30 years and I've seen it all. This was a flawless experience. I was given a window of 11:30a-1:30p; the moving crew showed up at 11:30 on the dot. Like, the doorbell rang at EXACTLY 11:30. Never had that happen before. One guy was very funny and entertaining. The other was rather silent but EFFICIENT. He worked from minute 1 to the minute the job was done. They both did. Hustle the whole time. Seriously--my mother's entire apartment was loaded and unloaded in about 2-1/2 hours.

Stuff was loaded onto the truck well. From the arrangement I wasn't concerned about any breakage or damage at all, and they even asked up front if there was anything I wanted special care with. If a particular piece concerned them as they got to it later they asked again if I wanted any extra padding for it--and not because they were trying to sell me any lol. (A couple of things I later discovered they'd extra wrapped anyway with some old quilts I planned to throw away. Good lookin out, guys! LOL.) Unloading at the storage facility was just as quick and professionally handled. I even needed them for a bit longer than I originally requested, and it was easy to just tack on another half hour without a bunch of added fees or hassle.

Communication with them during and after scheduling the move was excellent. I never had to contact them again right up to moving day; they were already sending me regular updates. And they're a Small Business, definitely had the 'we're here to take care of you' feel and attention, before, during and after. Six stars if Google would let me. DEFINITELY will use them again. Definitely.

Oh, and PS:
This whole thing was scheduled and handled on EXTREMELY short notice. I called on Friday afternoon, they came on Tuesday morning (only because they were booked Monday). Which also happened to be New Year's Eve. Fantastic service.
