Rexburg Moving Companies 2026

I’ve moved several times over the last 20 years in excess of 1,000 miles. I normally buya truck or rent the uhaul truck. After comparing the rental costs, time frame for the move and the cost of fuel, I decided to try the Ubox. It was probably the best moving experience I’ve ever had. The boxes were dropped off on time for filling, picked up on time and then delivered on time for emptying. There was good notification from uhaul the entire time, as well as good communication from the drivers. The amount paid was very close to the cost of renting a truck and driving myself, without the hassle of having to unload and get the truck back on time to avoid an additional fee. There were no unexpected fees either. I will, most likely, use the Ubox service for any future moves.

On May 28th I made an online reservation to have a hitch installed on June 6th. On June 5th they called me asking when they could schedule me to get my hitch installed, and I told them I already had an appointment for the 6th at 10am. They told me and I quote 'the computer doesn't tell us when people schedule online' and made me reschedule for June 13 at 7 in the freaking morning because they had too many appointments for the 6th. NOT COOL UHAUL. NOT COOL.

I’ve been to many locations (Sanford, ME | Augusta, ME | Hyannis, MA | Orlando, FL | Sacramento, CA | Herriman, UT to name a few) This was the cleanest, most well organized. I have ordered boxes for pick up in other locations; this was the first to have to order ready for me as most others will put the boxes together when you go to pick up. The staff were the friendliest and most helpful I’ve ever experienced. I was acknowledged upon entry at this facility and asked 1000 what else they could do for me. They were all amazing! Every single one of them! I am blown away and never take the time to leave feedback but this was such an awesome experience that I am really compelled. This was the Disney world of uhauls. Thank you!

Our spot is a little tight but the facility is so clean and this is the only facility that we haven’t had an issue with mice. The woman on the phone was also friendly and got us set up quickly. Definitely would recommend.

Good company and service

I arrived in Rigby Idaho this afternoon and needed last minute help in unloading a 26 ft truck into a storage unit. Day before Thanksgiving and snowing, but still provided me with 2 awesome young men who were quick and efficient! Thank you so much!
