This was a fantastic experience getting set up with my storage unit. Greg explained everything and the types of units available. When we narrowed it down to two units he took the time to show me both so that I could make an informed choice. Very professional experience indeed!

This is not actually a local company to bloomington. The company is actually Abia pool table movers. They contract out to other companies. The contractors they hired, used sections of carpet they found in my house to balance my pool table, among other things. Over the last year, small movements have been allowed to the table, which is how we discovered the carpet as it now seeps out. The table has moved due to the use of small stacks of carpet to support the leg. When I addressed the company, they told me the install is outside of warranty, Despite their agreement that carpet is not the typical item used to set the table. They would not provide me with the subcontractors information. I don’t believe that a faultY installation falls under a warranty call. I also discovered that out of the $600 they charged, less than $200 went to the subcontractor. I am not impressed with this company and their refusal to rectify the issue. I would have been happy to reach out to the subcontractor.
