Awesome service from start to finish. Easy to book, very responsive team - we needed to reschedule in short notice they were able to fit us in with no problem. Friendly customer service. During the day of the move, a team of 3 arrived on time! They were quick, efficient, super friendly, professional, and actually took their time to ensure not to hit any walls or damage any of our belongings. During a move, you are already stressed out with so much going on. Having to move your belongings shouldn't be one of them. I'd recommend New City Moving - one less thing to have to stress over! Thank you!

We had a great 5 person crew for a local 2 mile move. I would highly recommend Elite Moving. They took care of our possessions and the house structure as they were careful to not damage the walls, etc.

Great reliable service! The movers were able to be careful with my objects. They prepped all areas of my house to the point where I found no damages to either my belongings or to my house. I had many large items, including a piano, and they were able to move it all effortlessly. STI can definitely handle any job that is given to them in a professional way. The crew was quick that some of my neighbors that witnessed the move asked for a referral number. Recommend to anyone looking for high quality service!

During quarantine, I was very nervous about moving to different neighborhoods in Chicago, but USA Moving & Storage took away all my worries and hesitations. Even though the website is a little outdated, I can assure you that the quality and service are top tier, and more reasonable than the “minimalist” moving services. The movers showed up within the arrival time frame and were able to park where it would be easiest to move out. I had already staged and labeled everything before the moved, but they were quick and careful with all of my furniture. They took spark my couch and folded it up for an easier move and made sure to have any and all parts. They drove to the my new rental and brought in all the furniture with care and efficiency. They even places it in the spots I wanted them too in different rooms so I wouldn’t have to push it around by myself later. I trusted them with it all to run a quick errand while they were moving my things in. They were very kind and safe, especially during the quarantine and I couldn’t be happier with how the move went. I will refer the movers to any and everyone, no matter how big or small the move!!

We couldn’t be happier with our experience with H2H movers! They showed up exactly on time and were so quick and efficient while also taking great care to wrap all of our fragile items. Communication was great from beginning to end. Will definitely recommend to all of our friends and family and will use again if we ever decide to move. Can’t say enough great things about our experience, best and most seamless and relaxing move I've ever had!

Horrible customer service. The movers accidentally put a whole in my wall moving. Movers told me it would be fixed the following day as I was renting and the lease was up. Two days later I contact Mark who seemed unaware and told me claims department would contact me I never heard back from anyone and had to hire someone to fix the wall. I was missing items and again I recieved no response. Probably because they were avoiding fixing my wall. I understand accidents happen but to be blown off ilike that is not right! I wouldn't hire this company again.

Not great. Broke things that I found later and that's the worst. Also, they used my own packing materials and now I realized I was billed for them using material I already purchased! I'm not happy. They told me everything needed to be In a cardboard box. Everything was packed in a box, not theirs though

Customer service team by phone is polite and very helpful. Also flexible when dates are changed due to closing issues. Ty provided top notch customer service by phone. Onsite packers/movers were poorly organized, had haphazard placement of items in boxes, and not all boxes were labeled or listed on the inventory. Price billed was 2x the quote on both ends of the move.

I just used City Wide Movers and wish I had NOT. From the moment they arrived 2 of them acted in a completely unprofessional manner. 3 persons arrived despite the job having been quoted as a 2 person move. The "Foreman" began by saying the salesman did not know what he was doing, so they always bring 3 persons and that the job was too big. The upcharge began as soon as I requested that items be blanket wrapped prior to moving. I had discussed this with the salesman. We had several boxes which were clearly marked fragile...My Mother had passed away hence the need to store her things. Despite the written fragile warning and telling them in person prior to them picking up the items that they were fragile the mover flipped the box over his back without a single care... The entire move was an argument as the Foreman and a long haired bearded mover made several negative comments throughout the entire move. 1 gentleman wrapped the items for me and tried to persuade the foreman to wrap all the items. The frustration and their lack of care led me to decide to not have them move my Mother's China Cabinet as I actually feared it would not survive their treatment. I have used a few moving companies for my kids and Stepfather recently. I wish I had used any if them instead of City Wide Movers. The copies of paperwork which they brought had been copied so many times as to make them illegible. Quite an unprofessional crew. Except for the 1 gentleman who did his job well. I warn you to stay away from these movers.
