Laquisha is a wonderful property manager. With the new change with pay by phone and rent by phone she helped me through the whole process and help me understand why we was doing it this way. She is a very big asset to this company and I would recommend anyone. On top of that her property is A1 clean. Thank you for all your help and for all you do to make your customers happy.

This company opened ALL my boxes by removing the plastic holders and proceeded to take my items, including the only owned. Clearly, someone stole one box because pictures were taken of all boxes they took and the boxes were numbered.

The took apart my spin bike….now I don’t have the seat.

They ignored all calls and messages. I would never recommend this place.

This place is a bunch of con artists they increase your rates without any notice and then charge insanely high late fee for not paying the increased amount you didn't know about and when you call them about it they say they sent out a notice 6 days before your bill is due ny law is 30 day notice and their website doesn't show the increased amount when you go pay your bill for the month you got these so called late fees don't rent from these people

Shaun and his team were prompt and came prepared with carpet, doorframe and furniture protectors to keep everything clean and padded to prevent damage. It was raining on moving day and everything was so well wrapped nothing was wet or dirty. Absolutely would recommended and will use them again the next time I move!
