Incredible movers just like the name says very professional company from the time I called to get an estimate until the movers showed up at my door. The guys were on time and very very helpful, they didn’t rush they took there time to make sure everything was wrapped up and load very neatly thank you again Trevor Gregory I will definitely recommend you’re company to anyone who is looking to move.

I used Shur-Way to move from Wisconsin to California. The first day they came to pack my 3 bed/2 bath house. Day 2 they put all of my items on the truck to ship off. The main packer told me he was going to places numbered stickers on each box once they got back to their storage area to minimize the time at my house. I did get copies of my paperwork, instead was told to take a picture of them all. I agreed.

Once I arrived in Cali, I requested my items to be sent to my new address. Shur-Way had another company take over due to my new address being too far from their California hub. The new company delivers as requested. Bathroom items, clothes, kids toys, and other items were labeled as “nic-nacs”. I had to open the boxes to figure out what was inside before deciding which room it went in.

Recliner couches, family china, electric bike, picture frames, lamps, and more were all broken. My wife’s cricut and Nintendo Switch games were missing. After submitting a claim it took over 2 months to get a response to have them pay for my broken items. Finally, they attempted to pay me just above $1K for the missing and broken items I mentioned. Don’t waste your time or money with this moving company.
