Moving from Chicago to Ohio seemed overwhelming, but Meta Van Lines made it feel effortless. They updated me throughout the trip, and everything arrived on schedule and intact.

Martin and his team handled our move efficiently and professionally. They took care not to damage any items or walls in the process and navigated the stairs and some large, heavy pieces seemingly with ease. Martin even came back the next day to replace some missing screws in our bar. These guys really know what they are doing. Great job!

If I could give this 0 stars I would! As a dissatisfied customer, I feel compelled to share my disappointing experience with Stephen and Joss, the owners of this moving company. My recent move with their company was nothing short of a nightmare, leaving me frustrated and deeply dissatisfied.

First and foremost, the communication from Stephen and Joss was abysmal. They were unresponsive to my calls and emails, causing unnecessary delays and confusion. When I finally did manage to get in touch with them, their attitudes were dismissive and unprofessional, showing a complete lack of customer service skills.

The moving crew they sent was equally disappointing. They arrived late and were unprepared, lacking the necessary tools and equipment to handle the job efficiently. As a result, my belongings were mishandled and damaged, with no accountability taken by the crew or the owners.

Furthermore, Stephen and Joss showed a blatant disregard for the agreed-upon quote for the move. They tacked on additional fees and charges without any prior notification, leaving me shocked and feeling cheated. It was clear that their pricing was misleading and dishonest, and they were only interested in maximizing their profits at the expense of their customers.

Lastly, the overall quality of the move was subpar. Items were misplaced, boxes were mishandled, and fragile belongings were damaged beyond repair.
