Very clean very friendly easy to work with. Karen is an absolute sweetheart I am a part of a large group of people who run an event and use this place for are storage and they’ve always been able to work with us.

This facility cancelled on us the day of our move in citing broken equipment that meant they couldn’t delivery our unit to us. No one seemed to be able to answer our questions at the corporate office and we had to call them back when they said they would call us with an update. This was a very disappointing and costly experience with this facility that left us out hundreds of dollars to make arrangements to go get the unit ourselves and pay for alternate transportation. The only reason it’s not a one star review is because of the young man at the facility who was extremely helpful and accommodating while we loaded up our truck.

Kaija was beyond helpful, and very nice. Made my day better.

The team arrived on time, handled my belongings with care, and worked efficiently throughout the process. The whole move went smoothly, and I felt completely at ease. Highly recommend their services!
