CubeSmart in Wheaton is climate controlled, especially clean, and feels very safe. Easy to drive in and load or unload. I have been a customer of CubeSmart since they opened. The Manager Brian is very knowledgeable, and helpful. Brian has been very helpful in helping me choose the correct size unit to meet my needs. I recently met Marcie when I was purchasing an additional lock and she was great too. I now have two units. The vehicle storage is great. I highly recommend.

Came in looking for a quote and Jessica was so helpful and knowledgeable. I really appreciate her positive attitude and her patience with me as I was trying to find the best place to place my items for storage. Ask for Jessica to give you the best bang for your buck.

I left a voicemail a week ago and followed up twice with text messages and never heard back from the company. Returning a customer's call, even if just to explain that you are not available, is a base level of courtesy that is reasonable to expect.
