I cannot say enough good things about Cardinal Moving IN. Sal, Derrius, and Justin worked together seamlessly and treated all my belongings with the utmost care. Nothing was damaged, everything was placed in my new home where I asked. The entire experience was completely stress free.

Very good experience, I was missing my lock when I opened my space up. Made a call to the office and had a lock very quickly.

Security is exemplary I guess is the one good thing but changing locks on my unit and then denying it , locking people out of the facility after 9:00 not useful , no office personel present for half or more of the day and the phone personel denied me that I had a unit couldn’t communicate adequately and was of no help wasted two and a half days before I could resolve issue including 6 trips to the facility that couldn’t accomplish a thing

January 4, 2025 I tried to get into my storage unit for only the second time ever, for the second time my gate code did not work. I called and emailed but got nothing. I put up a bad review and got a message someone would contact me, it’s now January 19, 2025 and no one has contacted me. Yesterday my monthly payment came out without a problem yet I still cannot get through the gate to put my Christmas decorations away. So, not only can I not put anything in my storage unit the things in there are not available to me. I’ve had storage units in the past from another company and never had a problem like this. Go somewhere else for your storage needs.

The rep on the phone was very kind and helpful. It was a very quick and easy transaction. Highly recommend.
