From the beginning when I set up a time for my move, Donna and Julie were very helpful, always returned my calls and thorough with the cost estimate.
Brandon and his crew were outstanding! They were courteous and worked quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend University Moving and Storage.

U-Pack container showed up and nearly all of our belongings are ruined. Two new beds, two TVs, couches, clothes, ski gear, etc. water somehow came up through the floor of the trailer then sat in storage for 2 months and grew mold throughout the unit. I’m guessing well over $10,000. I was told that I needed to submit a claim and U-Pack would review and possibly reimburse $.10 per pound of damaged goods meaning they would give us around $20 for completely ruining a $3,200 mattress. I am getting lawyers involved to see what they may be able to do about this. DO NOT USE U-PACK! The stress, time and money this has caused is significant. Now we will have to hire a junk disposal company to come pick up all of our ruined stuff which will be costly too. Again, DO NOT USE U-PACK!!!!

It was a really nice experience going to visit and the service during the tour was over 5 stars
