Used this facility while I lived downtown, and cannot recommend enough. The team is helpful and responsive. Units themselves are clean, easy to access, and secure. Would 100% give them my business again!

Generally things went great. I did not give 5 stars as many items that should have moved over were left behind. I don’t agree with making the customer meet you at the new place as a walk through at the end should have been done. Though my mother may have been told, I was not aware we could not come to the new place until they were done. Overall they do a great job but expected a little more given the large expense.

I had to make 3 extra trips on the clearly marked items that should have been moved. The $4.5k charge was clearly a scam.

Had a great experience, needed a unit quick and they took care of me. Great service from the lady who helped me, would recommend.

Wow! They were part of a downsizing move for my mother . They were kind, understanding , organized , timely, careful. They were AMAZING! They spent time with my mother winnowing down the list of what was being moved . They packed everything with extreme care and kept lines of communication open. They unpacked everything and had her new place set up in 4 hours. My mother still can’t stop praising how they did the set up . Just Wow!

I used College Hunks to remove a large broken recliner from my elderly father’s senior apartment today. I filled out the online firm, received a call immediately and within an hour Andrew and Rex were here with a truck. They were courteous, kind and very efficient ! and I was very grateful to get the large broken chair out of my Dad’s apartment! I would definitely use College Hunks again. FIVE STARS!

Definitely a 5 Star moving company, Senior Move Services, David and McKenna Wade, and team were an excellent choice for us. We found them to be extremely knowledgeable, honest, kind, patient, trustworthy, reliable, and helpful. From the first meeting, they listened to our concerns and needs, helping us plan and coordinate the entire process of organizing, packing, unpacking and moving. Moving is difficult, but with their expertise, the process was as palatable as possible. We were so surprised and very impressed with our experience with the movers. From the initial contact, through multiple calls and changes, to the loading to the unloading The Movers were nothing short of professional. Tammie was great with helping us organize and explain the contracts. She accommodated our date change AND our address change with ease and a “no problem” attitude. Matt, John and Chelo wrapped and loaded our furniture and boxes carefully and treated even the most fragile pieces with care. Matt and John delivered our furniture and worked just as hard to make to make the unloading was just as perfect as the loading We appreciated having the same crew load and unload and will ask for them on our next move! Thank you!

The good: They got our stuff moved. They were courteous and reasonably careful.

The bad: We were quoted $390 but it ended up costingt $890 and took 7.5 hours to move a 1 bedroom apartment (first floor to first floor). We had everything boxed and ready, but they brought a truck that was too small and had to make two trips. We really hadn't budgeted a grand for a small move. The movers were nice but inexperienced and it ended up taking way longer and costing way more than it should have. :(

The team worked super hard, were very kind and friendly. It was a very positive experience.
