One of the worst places to deal with. I moved out of my storage unit in October and let all parties know as well as clean it and remove my lock. In November I was charged 96$ AFTER removing my payment method from the website. I have contacted them multiple times about a refund to no avail. I recently received an email from corporate stating “we will see about issuing a refund”. Weeks later, no refund, no contact from them, and still no sight manager. So aggravating! I wouldn’t rent a unit from them again. Especially since they somehow charged me without a payment method listed, sounds fishy.
