I moved from IL to TN within the last month and used this moving company through the military. It was the worst I had experienced in the 6 years I’ve been on Active Duty. The movers were polite however, very unorganized and also rushed my job. They were supposed to unpack and reassemble everything that was taken down from when the previous movers packed. None of that happened.

When me and my kids unpacked there were items damaged, broken and missing. We filed a claim and they did not want to pay for a computer that was broken while in their care. The glass on the computer was broken and shattered all inside the computer compartments. Instead of asking for additional pictures, they assumed that the computers functionality was messed up and asked for a professional to look at it. No your company broke my sons computer glass and its shattered all inside the computer. This was the worst ever experience that I’ve had with moving and next time if offered this company will certainly deny or just pack myself. At least I know I’ll be responsible for my own items if anything is damaged.

Heather was wonderful!! She was responsive and proactive. Very pleasant and professional!!
