Hired for help with a move. Broke a $2000 table and disappeared when asked for insurance information to replace. Very disappointed in the high cost and lack of accountability.

This Company is a scam and sounded to good to be true. I paid this company a lot of money over a year ago, and trusted them with my most valuable pocesions that can not be replaced. and they stole them. I had 20 totes. 5 boxes, tv's desk and other furniture, my Children and grand- kids photos and stuff that had sentimental value to me, So don't trust them or believe any good reviews, was my mistake, My consolation is that I was not the only person this scam was done too,

I had trouble gaining access to my units. So I went to the office location on Greenwell Springs, so Gloria left her office. Then came to my units on Airline assisted me with moving in, tags my lock and even touched up the spaces. She is very kind, friendly and helpful!

Margaret and her staff was very helpful and accommodating. It was very simple and pleasant dealing with them. If I ever need a storage in the future I will look here first.
