TERRIBLE! TERRIBLE! TERRIBLE! the owner and employes are TERRIBLE! Please do not hire these people!

They picked up my things just fine. But in unloading, they dropped my 65” Samsung tv and broke the screen. Then they didn’t take the doors off of my refrigerator, so the French doors and pull drawer were totally scratched up and need replacing. At .65 cents insurance it was a joke. But when I talked with them they wouldn’t believe it happened. Very rude office staff. Insurance properly or lose it.

Phil Lester of Mark’s Moving is the greatest! He moved us twice in three years – once within state, and the second time out of state – and both times our possessions arrived safely and on time. Not only that, but he takes a personal interest in the people he moves and repeatedly went the second mile to accommodate our needs. For example, when my car was rear-ended en route to our new home, we called Phil for help. He turned his rig around, came back to the scene of the accident, and helped us gather up the stuff in our now totaled car and got us safely back on the road. He even called a week after the move to check on us. We highly recommend Phil.

Arrived on time, didn't waste any time. Got everything loaded up and gone in no time. It would help for them to specify before hand what they can and cannot move i.e. items on walls.. (tv's, art. etc) . But if you have your affairs in order like you should prior to moving, they will do the work.
