Had some issues renting a space here— I was supposed to be on automatic payments as I signed up for it when I moved in. Never had automatic payments. Spoke with someone about this and still received $10 late fee the first month despite confirming the automatic payments documents were signed. This also ended in my belongings being locked up, very inconvenient at no fault of my own. Then I moved out the beginning of February. Still receiving calls/messages to pay my bill the beginning of March. Left 2 voicemails for someone to call me (as I work nights). Calls never returned. Finally called during the day time once I was off work and now they “move me out” even though it’s been a month. Need some better organization.
