Terrible customer service. The supervisor doesn't even want us to keep the door open to move our stuff out and in. Had the audacity The request for us to use our furniture enough for our stuff to get damaged, and a former employee released our personal information to a complete stranger. I do not recommend this company to anyone.

My experience with Storage Rentals of America was nothing short of exceptional. The courtesy and professionalism exhibited by Lisha was phenomenal. She was professional, knowledgeable, efficient and incredibly helpful during this process. She made it a lot more tolerable!

This company says one thing and does something different. At the beginning, I was told that the delivery and pickup charges would be taken out all at once. And that there would be no other charges. That the bill would be automatically withdraw on the same date each month, not so. It's whenever they feel like withdrawing it. I was told that they would never go up in price, every year that I have had the container, they have went up on it. Now I'm being told that they can not withdraw the last payment on the date that I am requesting. Last year I requested a price to but the container and never recieved and response. I have been told on multiple times that they would put the 'order' in and they will call me back. Never has this happen. I will wait and see if they will call me back this go around, today.
Over all the 20x8 container is great. The service, we'll to put it nicely, NOT SO GREAT BY FAR THE WORST.
Never again will I use Mobile Mini.

I would recommend Jamar and Pack Dat & Geaux Movers without hesitation. Not only did they come in with the lowest quote after completing market research they were extremely professional and efficient when transporting an 1800lb safe to another state. They went above and beyond to ensure that the safe was moved into the office space after many difficulties due to its weight and size. Jamar was so pleasant and accommodating to work with and we would use them again without question.
