Very professional, quick, and affordable! Super fast turnaround time, very pleased.

Needed propane refilled, and was told to go and wait outside for 10 minutes and no one came. Went back inside and was told that it was too cold for someone to refill the tank.

Cheap and responsive comms, but it was actually outsourced to complaining local movers.

I originally thought I was supporting enterprising students, but actually it seems to be a platform where they list your job on a local site like Craigslist and take a finders fee.

Consequently we got 2 local guys who arrived late, were given the wrong address and then wouldn’t leave until they were paid directly- it was bordering on harassment.

They said I should pay for their time whilst they travelled to the correct address and that they’d been promised a longer job with more money.

John just did a small move for our firm. He is polite, professional and amazingly strong. Communication was great, items were moved on time and with no damage. We will use him again.

I recently visited this place and was blown away by the level of customer service that Keven has. He was incredibly attentive and made sure all my needs were met. I was shown the storage unit , which exceeded my expectations.

This was our second time using Mozart for a move. This time we had a lot more stuff and the distance was longer. We had the same great experience as in 2018. Estimator tool was very accurate and the entire process was worry free, with a friendly and hard working crew.

We have used another mover in Hingham who is very, very good also, however, they were fully booked so they referred us to Boston Moving Services.

Boston Moving Services really went above and beyond to protect our property and also to crate up six very delicate and expensive items, one of them being my great grandmother’s deco chandelier.

EXTREMELY responsive and highly professional services. Driver and his crew were uniformed professionals and knowledgeable and kind and hard working.

Delivery to Florida was on time and just as seamless unloading.
