Despite having packed everything into boxes, containers, and bags – all taped and labeled – I was still charged a packing fee. Moreover, the movers didn't assist with disassembling my joint platform bed, which requires no tools and is a quick task. I had to handle this myself, including lifting and moving the mattress. The service I received felt dishonest and lacked the professionalism I expected.
