I had nothing but a great experience dealing with the assistant manager nick at the New Bedford location. That man helped me start up my business in trucking I deal with him on weekly bases for 6 months plus an he has been super helpful with tips on the trucking business even if I was late on a payment he worked with me an gave me extra time. I have 5 children an trucking is how I feed them. Nick has been super nice a respectful to me every single time a when I even bring my kids by he has always showed love a respect to them as well. Nick is the reason why I come to Penske an no where else. Thank you to nick from me an my family . Your a great guy you should be proud of yourself man.??

0 stars. But it made me choose one at least . Price DOUBLED on first increase. Drive up access unit had gotten mold all over my items, and mouse poop. Was never able to get an answer calling store manager as well. I would not recommend, as well as light in unit never worked and ice on ground around unit.

U-Haul and U-Boxes are the way to go! I had 2 U-Boxes delivered to Chatham, MA and then shipped to Marietta, GA. Every aspect including delivery, pickup, shipment and finally Moving Help hired contractors to deliver and unpack the boxes all went seamless. I hired TheMovingGuy, Peter and Elian, and they did a fantastic job unpacking the U-Boxes. U-Haul customer support is great, they call with details throughout the process. Every step was on time. I could not have asked for a better move experience.
