We are absolutely thrilled with the service we received from Preston and Dawon when they moved us into our new home a few days ago. They were efficient, courteous, and blew us away with some of the items they were able to get upstairs! Liberty gave us the best price for our move by far and we had a stellar experience, from getting everything set up with Wayne (who was incredibly accommodating of two changes in our moving date) to our moving day. I agreed to and paid for climate controlled indoor storage. Later I discovered that their dank, smelly, rodent filled warehouse with a leaky roof, was far from it. I rented space for most of my high end, household furniture etc. while I spent time overseas and recovered from a serious car accident and aftermath. I fell $ behind and settled. After retrieving my items I discovered much had been stolen. They denied it, gave me the runaround and so "I wrote it off". Not recommended at all.

We were extremely satisfied and happy with this company! Their service was outstanding and professional at all times. They were very careful and conscientious with our furniture and other belongings, and took great care in wrapping and moving it all. We needed to store our belongings in storage for several weeks, and I was apprehensive at first; however, as I watched them work so diligently, I felt very secure. My furniture and other belongs were delivered to my new home safe and sound! Great crew, great job!! I recommend highly!!
