Thanks Kita for all your assistance today! Really appreciate it. Fine print needs to be communicated when inquiring about rental of units. I'm speaking of rental cost increases. Wasn't aware of the once a year increase, etc...I've had 2 in less than a year...really, Extra Space ?

I'm giving one star because they picked up my stuff but they gave me a quote for which I detailed everything only to find out when the actual movers get here it's more than double the price and after reading reviews now it seems like that's the catch here. I threw out much of my furniture just to cut back cost of moving that day. I called and a supervisor told me the movers needed more materials etc but nothing changed from what I listed so you'll should of done a better quote in person or video call or something to properly give a quote, hence you'll should be professional moving company. I'll never recommend to anyone please please do not Do Not use this company!
