I rented a unit here in October 2024. In December, my lock missing and my bike went missing. I contacted the number given and was told to file a police report to be able to look into the situation. Once the police contacted all purpose storage, they were told that there are no cameras at this facility. I filed a claim with all purpose storage because they require insurance and I was paying them for insurance every month. They denied the claim because it was mysterious circumstances that the bike went missing. But how could it be anything but mysterious circumstances when they don’t have cameras to see what’s going on around there? According to the website and the customer service person I talked to, they have cameras at every facility. But they do not at this one. There is not a local office either. This whole situation took until mid February 2025 to work out. And after all of this happened, I was informed that the price per month of the unit will be increasing. Not worth your time or money. I was very disappointed with my experience and ended up moving my stuff to a different storage unit company.

The storage unit I was given has a bad patch job on the roof and it leaks. You'll need a shovel to access your storage unit during the winter.
When I was closing out my unit I got 3 conflicting stories from different employees each time I called. As to when it would be inspected. The last person I talked to was the first to tell me they needed their lock back. And they were quite rude over the fact I didn't know they reused the twelve dollar locks. As if in the middle of selling one house and buying a new house, my main priority is uhauls lock policy. Not to mention the first two employee's that I talked to, never said anything about the lock. So I wasted six dollar's in fuel to bring the lock back to the storage unit.
