Despite some quirkiness with the company website, billing notifications and storage boxes, I was nonetheless overall satisfied with the price and service. The storage boxes I received had misfitting latches and were missing some velcro. The fact the boxes were made of wood made the latch operation dependent on the leveling of the boxes (which took some time). I ended up having to reposition/fix the latches to get the boxes to close properly. I was a little dubious about storing our furniture and memories at first. That being said, the boxes sat in rain and snow and were subject to much wind (for 5 months) with no damage to the contents (except for a few ladybugs). Some of this protection was no doubt due to the vinyl wrap around the boxes. The velcro holding the wrap was in need of repair/replacement, but was sufficent. The drop-off and pick-up of the boxes was fine. The driver was courteous and careful. The driver was good about calling before pick-up, which was good because my boxes were twice scheduled to be picked-up before I was done with them. When it was time to really pick them up, it was done on time and within only a couple of days (with no additional charge). Paying through the website had some issues, but I was able to reach customer service (via phone) and straighten the issue. The ladies I spoke with in customer service were pleasant and accomodating. This is a franchise, so I am sure that experience will vary, but I would consider using Smartbox (serving the Brighton, MI area) again.

I shipped with them several times until hundreds of dollars worth of stuff came missing along with my debit cards ? and check he refused to refund me money nor try to find out what happened to my things don’t ship with him chase is very unprofessional and he doesn’t care I had to complain to pay pal I’m order to get my money back

Through my first experience using PODs Moving and Storage, I had 2 drivers that stood out from the rest. Anthony F. and Ed gave a great customer experience and friendly conversation while they loaded and unloaded the PODsbas well as insuring no damage was done to the properties or contents.

We moved from Michigan to South Carolina and the team from Morse were outstanding to work with. Their price was great but their customer service was amazing.

What a great experience with all around movers. They gave us the best price in town were very friendly and hard-working. They were 90 minutes below the estimate because they worked so fast and hard. Very kind and gentle with our furniture. Cheese,Moe and Sterlen were the best and highly recommend All around movers. They beat the competition by at least $500. Amazing experience!

Yamato Transport is a 5-star business through and through! They helped me with storage and with a domestic move, and through this experience, I can confidently recommend them to anyone who is moving. They are professional, efficient, and reasonably-priced. They communicate promptly, show up on time, remove their shoes before entering your residence, and handle your possessions with the utmost care. I have never submitted a Google review before this, but my experience with Yamato Transport was so positive that I had to change that!
