Had a great and seamless experience at National Storage. Tasha was very helpful and walked us through everything we needed. She reached out and followed up, and was great to work with. We were able to reserve online and walk the space and unit soon after, and it fits our needs great (location, price, space, access).

This move had to be done quickly for a family member transferring to a Sr. Community vs. returning home which had been her preference. I was able to make the appt. on Friday for a Monday move for substantially less money than any other company. This is a team business that runs smoothly. John kept me up to date the entire weekend, then Jake took over to do the move. I am certain they knew we were under quite a bit of stress because they knew exactly how to handle both the furniture (ZERO dents dings or otherwise) and my husband and I (moving Mom an hour away from her home so she could at least be close to us was nerve wracking at best. John even, unbeknownst to me prior, was more than qualified to hang the artwork and curtains in her new home for an extremely reasonable price. The best part is that they were the only fully licensed and insured (do not take this lightly!) company that could bring a smaller truck to accommodate our small move across town. This brought the move from the thousands I had been quoted by other movers down to the hundreds which was more than fair. We are still working on getting Mom settled, she’s been a champ about it, but we were able to have her possessions on site days before her arrival so I could do my best to make it appear like a home decorated just for her. Any moves I make going forward in life, these guys are going to be my one and only call for the heavy lifting with a heart.
