Good location, helpful and friendly team working for Paige West. She was at the counter when I approached and she and her team greeted me, were courteous and professional. I feel comfortable and welcome whenever I'm in this business. I still have a storage unit in this facility. Thank you!

If I could give NEGATIVE stars I would. I have used uhaul about 20 times in my life and in several cities and states and I have NEVER had such a horrific experience in my life as with this company. They had at least $100 deposit on my card, the truck I rented was $29/day. Long story short I had a couple different events happen exactly when I was loading the truck to move causing me a delay. I had to stop everything and get my father taken care of who just passed away. I was one or possibly 2 days late with my truck. Which was MORE than covered with my deposit they were holding. I was not thinking of uhaul at this moment my mind wasn’t even thinking properly due to what happened and the second day of the truck being late I woke up to the truck GONE!!! Loaded with all my possessions including irreplaceable items of my son that passed. Including 75” tv and other electronics. I’m only maybe 10 miles away from the uhaul, the trucks all have GPS tracking on them so uhaul should know I’m not “stealing” their truck lol. It hadn’t moved and was around the corner still. But the ignorant people decided to TOW the truck 10 miles back to uhaul!!! Now I have said I’ve used uhaul about 20 times and I have been wrong about how long I’ve needed the truck before and it has NEVER EVER been an issue for me to be a day or two late. But this Westland office has got some kind of scam going on with the tow company in my opinion. They must be getting kick backs from getting their trucks towed because it’s really weird that 20 other uhaul companies have never even threatened to tow the truck. Not have they ever Insinuated that I might be “stealing” the truck lol and I have taken uhaul to different STATES! But I’m trying to steal a uhaul from Westland to Romulus lmao? This is definitely a racket they are trying to line their pockets with so I highly highly advise everyone to use ANY other uhaul company besides this one. I don’t know if those company owns any other uhauls in the area but I would 100% make sure whatever one you use it’s not owned by them. If anyone else has had a similar experience with these people you should reach out to me because someone needs to take this company to court and I’m happy to do it.

We had a unit at the obe on Newburgh in Westland. Never any problems. And the young lady in the office was always friendly and helpful.

The returning process was horrible. I informed to use the app when I return the Uhaul however no one told me the app doest work! I arrived at the uhaul location at 7:35pm and did not finish the return process until 8:15pm after I had to wait on hold with customer service and when I spoke with someone they told me to use the website. I also had to retake the pictures of the van several times because it was dark outside and the website would not accept them.

The staff at Transphere is dedicated to providing top-notch service. They were highly qualified and very knowledgeable about international shipping protocols. We shipped our personal belongings from Europe, and the staff at Transphere walked us through each step of the process. I would use their services again and again. They genuinely care about the people they serve.

I just want to say Charles and Darrin are absolute lifesavers they came last minute after a long day to move from my 3rd floor apartment Into my new one. They were professional polite and very strong. I will definitely be using affordable movers specifically Charles and Darrin these are the best movers I've had the pleasure of moving my furniture with wbich included a granite table that these two young gentlemen lifted with ease

I started a rental unit over a year ago. From day one, the lights did not work. I spent 3 months and many phone calls to the location manager and messages left to the district manager with no results. I finally gave up. Now my rent has gone up and Public storage will not discount the unit, and I don't care about the lights.
